Jonathan Fass

Director of Operations

I am responsible for client relations and customer success at Synthesis. I joined the team after serving as a Captain in the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). In the military, I focused on foreign relations, developing cooperation between the IDF and other militaries worldwide, operational management and strategic planning.

Through my experience, I bring to Synthesis my expertise in interpersonal and cross-cultural relations, operations management and planning.

I hold a BA in Government from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya.

I love good food and good company.
