Founder

I am a tech entrepreneur with proven experience leading senior teams both in the private sector and as former Lieutenant in an elite tech unit of the Israel Defense Forces. In my military career, I served as Head of Faculty at the 8200 Intelligence Officers’ School where I trained the next generation of Intelligence officers.

Following my military service, and for the past two decades, I have worked with Israel’s most successful serial entrepreneurs and investors. I served in several start-ups and leading hi-tech companies as General Counsel and held other executive roles related to finance and human resources. Moreover, I have been leading companies of my own, always focusing on the human factor.

Fascinated by the Israeli hi-tech landscape, I founded a series of programs for top innovators and entrepreneurs, including Israel’s first start-up accelerator. As a result of my significant role in the flourishing Israeli hi-tech sector, I was featured as one of the 100 Most Influential people in Israeli hi-tech and as one of the 100-tech-business-women-speakers in the world.

I have Bachelor’s degrees in Economics (B.Sc.) and in Law (LL.B). I also hold an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Strategy, all from Tel Aviv University.

My first book, Chutzpah: Why Israel Is a Hub of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, is available online (Harper Business, 2019).

And more than anything, I am fascinated by people.
