Alon Shalit

Psychologist

I have over two decades of experience as a senior management and organizational consultant. I specialize in leading strategic and cultural changes in multinational organizations, in building effective teams and in developing executives’ leadership and managerial potential.

I love combining my passion for sports with my professional experience. I am a member of the Israeli Olympics teams’ staff and I work as a sports psychologist assisting top athletes and teams in reaching their highest potential through mental training.

Finally, I’m a professional manager of ‘Dialogue in the Dark’ business workshops for teams and executives.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Philosophy, graduated with honors, and a Master’s degree in Social Psychology, both from Tel-Aviv University.

My greatest passion? People.
