I lead Synthesis’ business development efforts. I joined the team after working for more than a decade in business development and managerial roles in companies which provide both consultative and SAAS-based services to answer the various needs of executives of corporate entities. My professional experience helps me to drive value for Synthesis by understanding our potential clients’ needs, identifying where our business leadership assessments can support their companies, and communicating how Synthesis’ methodology can provide additional data points and efficiently lead to excellent ROI. 

I hold a BA in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Clemson University. 

I love all New York Sports but it’s always, “Go Tigers.” I also never pass up a chance to play golf.
