Merav Rosenfeld

Psychologist

I am a licensed occupational psychologist, specializing in career therapy in a cognitive behavioral approach. I have over 20 years of experience working in the field of people assessment and development in both civilian and military sectors and across diverse occupational domains.

Throughout my career, I worked as a senior psychologist in several psychological institutes and was part of the founding and management team of a Career Development Center in the Ort Braude College of Engineering.

Today, I practice occupational psychology in the private sector. In addition to my work at Synthesis, I diagnose and assess senior military officers, and accompany managers in personal development processes. I also conduct workshops for professionals in Career Therapy and own a private clinic for career therapy.

I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Arts and a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Haifa.

Catchball and photography are my favorite hobbies.
