Anat Lev

Psychologist

I am a licensed occupational psychologist with over 20 years of proven experience working in the field of managerial potential assessment and career counseling.

I started my career in the behavioral sciences unit of the Israel Police. I was part of a team of psychologists responsible for all screening processes in the organization, including recruitment, assessing compatibility for officer positions, and assessing potential for promotion. Later on, I worked in the Israel Defense Forces, as head of a unit in charge of evaluating potential for promotions to higher ranks and screening processes for assessing the fit to Military Attaché positions overseas.

Today, I work as an independent occupational psychologist mainly in security organizations and in public sectors. I specialize in analyzing the potential fit of individuals for specific roles and leadership positions.

I graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English Linguistics and Literature from Haifa University. I also have a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from this same university.

My greatest love is learning and professional development (I love taking psychology courses), and my family.
